Shipping and Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of that item or to exchange. Delivery costs will be refunded only in cases of our error (e.g. faulty product/we send the wrong size/pattern etc.)
We will refund the full value of your order (minus shipping costs if applicable) within 3 days of receipt of the returned package. Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, we will refund the payment to the credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.
Due to the nature of the product we can only accept the return of unworn garments. Items returned must be in their original condition, including any packaging. All goods will be inspected upon return and only items in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and we recommend that you send goods via recorded delivery as we will not be held liable for goods that are lost in transit.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once you have received our ‘order shipped’ email, delivery times are as follows:
